The eaga People Development Diversity Briefings series provides participants with an opportunity to explore and plan for diversity and equality issues in the workplace.
Each one day briefing covers a discreet topic in detail and offers definitions, an overview and understanding of the relevant legislative framework, some models for thinking and behaviour, rights and responsibilities of organisation, individuals and stakeholders and guidance on how to develop a pro-active and positive approach.
