Looking for the Barriers (workbook)
We recognise that training can be costly, and it's often difficult to release staff to attend training events. The Looking for the Barriers workbook addresses these issues. Designed to work at the 'behavioural' level of our product range the workbook can be completed in around two hours, in one go or piecemeal, in a group or individually.
At the end of each chapter there's a 'self test' section to check understanding, and at the end of the workbook a final test to evaluate whether the knowledge has been embedded.
The workbook is available on paper, or CDRom, with the end of workbook evaluation completed either on-line or via our call centre.
