This course is part of the eaga People Development Diversity portfolio of programmes for managers and team leaders. It builds on the Valuing Diversity course to assist managers in developing proactive approaches to the promotion and strategic management of Diversity and Equality issues.
A key element of this programme will be a session introducing the concept of mainstreaming Equality and Diversity thinking into the management decision making process. This has the benefit of building impact assessment into the management process.
