This course is the basic building block of all eaga People Development Diversity programmes.
The course meets legislative requirements in delivering basic knowledge of the subject. It also helps employees to identify what is inappropriate or unlawful behaviour and what are the potential consequences of acting inappropriately or unlawfully.
The course stresses the benefits to the organisation and its people of valuing diversity.
